Veronica Boucher, M.Ed.

I am a Learning & Development leader with over a decade of experience designing impactful training programs, leading cross-functional teams, and building data-informed performance systems that support organizational growth. My work is rooted in creating scalable, engaging learning experiences that strengthen teams, support leaders, and drive meaningful outcomes.

Prior to transitioning into Learning & Development, I served as an Assistant Principal, where I developed a strong foundation in instructional leadership, coaching, and organizational management. That experience continues to shape my approach, grounded in collaboration, clarity, and a deep understanding of how people learn and grow.

I specialize in adult learning theory, curriculum design, learning analytics, and workforce development strategy. I’m passionate about translating complex ideas into practical, engaging learning solutions that not only meet organizational needs but also empower individuals to perform at their best.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially playing games and attending sporting events like Mets games. I also love exploring new places and local events, reading, and investing in my own personal growth. At my core, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys learning and is always curious about discovering something new.
